Overall Plot

In the Pokemon town of Cliffshale, legends have been passed down for generations of a group of Pokemon spirits who lived in the cliffs. They called them the Woodsprites. These spirits rewarded the kind and punished the cruel and saw all, but were never seen. They were worshipped as gods; both feared and loved by all. In truth, the only god among them was Zapdos, the legendary who guided the leader. But the rest was true. They patrolled the town disguised as ordinary Pokemon and then did their real work at night; wrecking the homes of the wicked and doing favors for the fair. They were the most celebrated Pokemon in the whole town, and pictures and books about them were found in every home.

And now, rumors of strange Pokemon in the forest have been going around in the far-off town of Rippleflood...
